Terms & Conditions
Please review the following terms before booking our services.
Payment due:
Same day or next day upon receipt of invoice, via e-transfer to the provided email address.
Overdue invoices:
Any invoice unpaid after 7 days will begin accruing daily interest on the outstanding balance.
Collections:
Invoices unpaid after 30 days will be forwarded to a collection agency with interest added.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We ask that clients provide as much advance notice as possible out of respect for the time reserved for your booking.

Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings made with little advance notice are subject to a last-minute premium booking fee, unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in advance. Short-term rental bookings may be exempt from this fee — please inquire directly.

Post-Construction Cleans
A deposit of 50% of the quoted estimate is required upfront before work begins on all post-construction cleaning jobs, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and confirmed prior to booking.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept e-transfer as our primary payment method. Personal cheques are not accepted. Credit card payments may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis — please contact us in advance if you require this option.
